The problem was - Keto did not work for me, I didn't feel energized as I should and I couldn’t lose weight.
I felt like giving up!
But, the same dude from Youtube came up and what he says is Keto diet could be very effective and it has tons of health and weight loss benefits but only when done right.
This is where it dawned on me, huh, I can lose weight, keep it finally off while being healthy.
The problem was that not all keto is created equal.
Not all fats, proteins and even carbs are created equal as well.
There is so much disinformation out there and so many gurus that it's really hard to understand what is really healthy and what is harmful, unhealthy and what will diminish or even kill your weight loss results.
I was doing keto diet the wrong way!
I started learning and studying and geeking out on this subject even more to find out what’s really working and what’s not. I read all articles, books, took paid courses and programs, watched hundreds of youtube videos and read studies and research in the journals.
It took me a couple of years to figure keto out.
Then, I combine it with my specific exercise routine and mindset training and BOOM!
With my new approach I was able to lose 35 lbs of fat and build about 20 pounds of muscles!
And the best part of it, I keep my weight off ever since.
My self-confidence increased massively, I love my body, I finally feel complete, I love myself.
But what I’ve noticed is people are extremely confused about Keto as I used to be.
And most people are doing it COMPLETELY WRONG!
Keto sites had popped up everywhere...
So many misinformed articles and “trainers” are teaching downright LIES.
These are lies that would at best give ZERO RESULTS, and at worst harm someone’s body.
