Hi, my name is Alex Yehorov and when I first started with keto, I was already beaten up and have been on my weight loss journey for 6 years.

It’s been rough 6 years and I tried so many diets and weight loss tips and eventually I would lose weight and then gain it back, and then lose and gain, like a yoyo.

About 2 years ago, after keeping on searching what diet might help me out, I was looking on Youtube and watching lots of videos about Intermittent fasting, as I always do, and there was a dude talking about keto.

I've already heard about this diet so many times, including from that guy from Youtube, but I was a bit scared to give it a try, since it looked so restrictive at first. Because you restrict your carb intake drastically.

I was so tired of dieting and feeling hungry all the time.
So I’ve decided to give it a shot.

I tried it for a few months and did not get much results, not much weight loss and not much health benefits.

I remember the time when I was living in Thailand, back in 2017, I would wake up and I would feel so lazy and so down and I would go to the local 7/11 and would spend like my weekly food budget on different snacks, cookies, nuts, chocolate, chips, bread and things like that.

And then I would bring it all back home and I would stuff myself with all of it within a few hours in one sitting.
